1. Digital delivery only
Klimb is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product operated by GoodLives. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. There is nothing to be couriered, and no shipping address is required or collected. All access is delivered electronically through your web browser at klimbing.vercel.app.
2. How access is delivered
- Free plan: access is provisioned instantly when you create your account and verify your email. You can start your first audit immediately.
- Paid plans: once payment is confirmed by our processor, Razorpay, your account is upgraded automatically - typically within a few minutes. Paid features unlock in the same dashboard you already use; nothing needs to be installed or shipped.
3. Delivery timeline
Delivery is effectively immediate. Account creation and plan upgrades are automated, so you normally have access within minutes of signing up or completing payment. In the rare case a payment succeeds but your plan does not upgrade (for example, a delayed payment webhook), access is applied as soon as the confirmation reaches us - and you can always contact us to have it applied manually.
4. Shipping charges
There are no shipping or delivery charges. The price you see for a plan is the full price of the digital service. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
5. If you don't get access
If you have paid but cannot access your paid features, first check that the payment completed on your bank or card statement, then email us at sakshi@goodlives.in with your registered email and the payment reference. We will provision access or, where appropriate, process a refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
